 Trump recently said, “I am a nationalist against the globalists.” What did he mean by that? How was this related to the white nationalist movements throughout the world? And is “patriotism” really any better than nationalism? And what about independence and sovereignty movements around the world that try to create their own nations…are they potentially fascist or something else altogether?

In Episode 7, Alley Valkyrie and Rhyd Wildermuth discuss the problems of nationalism and explore the important differences between indigenous and colonized people's struggles for national independence and the far right and white nationalist struggles, with special attention given to the role of global capitalism in the destruction of cultural differences.
